Refund policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and documentation included.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or documentation
- Custom or special orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Eternity Rings
Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their construction. If an eternity ring is ordered in the wrong size, a restocking fee will apply. Please measure carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase following this policy and place a new order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations and order modifications can be accommodated before shipment. Since most orders ship within 24–48 hours of placement, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
