Shipping policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take an additional business day to process.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipment. During holidays and peak periods, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on all orders over $99. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier will be selected based on your order and delivery location. For shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, USPS is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
