FAQ

Ordering & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of placement. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipment. During holidays and peak periods, allow up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How will I know when my order ships?

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

An account is created automatically when you place your first order. You’ll receive an email to set up your password, giving you access to your order history and tracking information. You can also create an account before ordering if you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, provided your order hasn’t shipped yet. Since most orders ship within 24–48 hours of placement, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Once a shipment is in transit we are unable to make changes.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document it with photos immediately and contact us through our contact page. If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. If tracking confirms your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, or any secure delivery locations at your address, then contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number. We follow carrier delivery confirmation as our record of successful delivery. For concerns about receiving a high-value order safely, contact us before placing your order to discuss options.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging included. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. To start a return, contact us through our contact page and we’ll walk you through the process. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Who covers return shipping?

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we cover return shipping entirely. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items cannot be returned?

Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Returns missing original packaging will not be accepted. Eternity rings ordered in the wrong size are subject to a restocking fee — please measure carefully before ordering, as eternity rings cannot be resized due to their construction.

Warranty

Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?

All items are backed for manufacturing defects — including issues with settings, clasps, and workmanship — under normal wear. If you experience a defect or a stone becomes loose, contact us with your order details and we’ll confirm coverage and next steps. Coverage terms vary by piece. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, and items altered or repaired by a third party are not covered.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Wire transfer is available for large orders — contact us before checkout to arrange. Cryptocurrency payment is coming soon.

Products & Quality

Are the gemstones genuine?

Yes. All gemstones are genuine and accurately described on each product listing — whether natural, lab-grown, or simulated. We do not misrepresent materials. If you have a question about a specific piece, contact us before purchasing.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Yes. All diamonds in our catalog are sourced through the Kimberley Process, the internationally recognized certification that guarantees diamonds are conflict-free. We only work with suppliers who comply fully with these standards.

What is the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Natural diamonds form over billions of years deep within the earth and are mined. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds but are created in a controlled environment over weeks or months. Both are real diamonds — the primary difference is origin and, typically, price. Lab-grown diamonds are generally more affordable. Product listings in our catalog specify whether a diamond is natural or lab-grown where applicable.

What are the 4 Cs of diamonds?

The 4 Cs are the global standard for evaluating diamond quality. Cut refers to how well the diamond has been shaped and faceted — a well-cut stone reflects light beautifully regardless of size. Color is graded D (colorless) to Z (light yellow), with colorless stones being rarest and most valuable. Clarity measures the visibility of internal imperfections, ranging from Flawless to Included. Carat is the weight of the diamond — one carat equals 0.2 grams. All four factors together determine a diamond’s value and appearance.

What do 10K, 14K, and 18K mean?

Karat indicates how much of the metal is pure gold. 10K is 41.7% gold, 14K is 58.3%, and 18K is 75%. Higher karat means more gold content, richer color, and greater value — but also slightly softer metal. 14K is the most common choice for everyday fine jewelry because it balances durability and gold content well. All gold pieces in our catalog are stamped with their karat mark.

What is .925 sterling silver?

The .925 stamp means a piece is 92.5% pure silver — the international standard for sterling silver. The remaining 7.5% is typically copper, which improves durability. All sterling silver pieces in our catalog carry the .925 hallmark.

Does gold-plated jewelry tarnish or fade?

Gold plating can wear over time with regular use, particularly on pieces that experience frequent contact or friction. The rate depends on plating thickness and how the piece is worn and stored. To extend the life of plated jewelry, remove it before showering, swimming, and physical activity, and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Stored properly in a soft pouch or cloth and kept away from moisture, plated jewelry can maintain its appearance for years.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Fine jewelry in 14K or 18K gold and .925 sterling silver is generally well-tolerated by most people, including those with sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy — particularly to nickel — look for higher-karat gold or platinum pieces, which contain less alloy. If you have specific concerns about a piece, contact us before purchasing and we can provide material details.

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate method is to visit a local jeweler — they can measure your finger in under a minute, usually at no charge. Printable ring sizers are also widely available online. Measure when your hand is at a relaxed, room-temperature state, as fingers can swell in heat or after activity. When between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up rather than down.

Can rings be resized?

Many of our rings can be resized. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and we’ll confirm whether your piece is eligible and walk you through the process. Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized due to their construction — please measure carefully before ordering.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for gold jewelry?

Store gold pieces separately to prevent scratching. Clean with warm water, a small amount of mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or brush — rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Avoid chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemicals. Remove gold jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfume.

How do I care for sterling silver?

Silver tarnishes naturally when exposed to air and moisture. Store silver pieces in an airtight pouch or a jewelry box with an anti-tarnish strip when not in use. Clean with a silver polishing cloth or mild soap and warm water. Avoid chlorine, rubber, and sulfur compounds, and remove silver jewelry before swimming or showering.

How do I care for gemstone jewelry?

Most gemstones can be cleaned gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless you know your specific stone is safe — softer and porous stones like opal, turquoise, pearl, and emerald require more careful handling. Remove gemstone jewelry before physical activity, swimming, and applying lotions or perfume.
