How soon will I hear back?+

Can I request a phone call?+

A phone callback is available. Add your phone number and a good time to reach you in your message, and a member of the team will call you back.

How do I check my order status?+

A tracking link is emailed as soon as an order ships, usually within 24 to 48 hours of placement, with delivery in 2 to 5 business days. The Shipping policy covers timeframes, and including your order number lets the team check a specific order.

What is the return policy?+

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition, with a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns. The Refund policy has the full terms.

How do I find my ring size?+

The ring sizing guide walks through measuring accurately at home. If you are between sizes or unsure, write in and the team will help.

What is Oath jewelry made of?+

Oath jewelry is made in solid gold, sterling silver, and genuine karat gold over silver, with real gemstones where featured. Gold-filled and rolled gold are never used.
